As soon as the Vessel enters the waters of the Port of Broome, the Port User is bound by a contract with the Kimberley Ports Authority ABN 56 780 427 150 (KPA) with respect to the Vessel's visit to the Port of Broome that contains the details of in this Berth Request Application (including any details added by KPA during the application process), KPA's Fees and Charges and the Port Standards and Procedures (as the Fees and Charges and the Port Standards and Procedures are amended by KPA from time to time).
